The Origin of The Threads of The Magical School of Fiber Arts

The beginnings of the story ... far away and long ago ...
Once upon a time, not in a castle, but in a cozy room with sunny window, colorful threads, and brave dreams, a girl with a wild heart and a basket of yarn sat knitting her stories into every stitch.
She grew up in a land touched by wonder and wounded by war, where shadows and sorrow lived alongside and were continuously being healed by the forces of fiercely unconditional love, ancient wisdom, heartfelt compassion, and tremendous ancestral strength. Women in her family told stories with their creative, loving, strong hands as speaking of these deep healing paths was often very hard. Their craft was lifegiving, but it was also work of magic, weaving of spells that brought smiles to faces, empowered friends, mended hearts, built friendships, protected, guided, healed, embraced, inspired…
While her hands learned to create, craft, and cast into being, every day held an enchanting fairy tale … some told and many more she read … as she read them, they came to life, then they opened doors into realms of ancient magic … and then they came to life … and one day a friend asked if she would be willing to teach the path of Ancient Fairy Tale Magic to others. The lessons began to dance through the seasons, stitches followed and led (hard to tell when they followed and when they led), and from far away in space and time, the wisdom of mothers and grandmothers called The Magical School of Fiber Arts into being.… something inside her began to stir, to remember, and was ready to teach, guide, and share …Over the seasons of this lifetime, growing up, building a profession, following a calling, becoming a mother, stepping into the role of a healer, a teacher, and a traveler and guide between realms, she returned again and again to the yarn, the fabric, the needle, and always, the ancient stories that teach, heal, and reveal not a simple path of art and craft, but a path of connection, ritual, myth, and soul medicine that brings Spirit Into Life every stitch of the way.
About My Role
I am the Founder & Magickal Arts Guide of The Rose & The Bee, where I invite you into the realm of fairy tale magick and fiber art and craft beauty, where I mentor and inspire students to weave spirit, story, and beauty into daily life through the magical lessons preserved in ancinet fairy tales, practices in fiber arts, and personal rituals in inner work. Through in-person classes, seasonal journeys, workshops, and immersive masterclass experiences, I guide a growing community of seekers and magic makers in experiences of bringing magic into the everyday with ease, intention, and joy.
At heart, I am a Circle Tender, Threadkeeper, and Story-Weaver holding space for learning that is illuminated by the light of magical fairy tales, grounded in skill, enriched by myth, and alive with personal ritual. Through fiber, fairy tale, rhythm, and ritual, I open living pathways where ancient remembering meets daily devotion. This is not craft alone, nor magic apart from life; it is the weaving of both into one living practice. Here, you are not taught to consume knowledge, but to enter the lineage of making as prayer, spell, and seasonal journeys.
